This is the point at which the website leaves off and the campaign itself begins. Everything Clacton for Europe does, the stalls, the leaflets, the conversations on doorsteps, is done by volunteers, and in a by-election every hour of it genuinely tells.
You need no experience, and you need not think of yourself as a political person. If you have never done anything of this kind before, you are precisely the sort of person we are hoping to meet. We will put you alongside someone who has done it, show you how it goes, and leave it entirely to you how much or how little time you give.
It bears repeating: Labour, Conservative, Liberal Democrat, Green, Reform or none, however you have voted before, if you want this constituency to have a pro-European voice then you are welcome among us.
We hold street stalls and door-knocking sessions regularly. Tick below whatever suits you and we will write to you with the where and the when. If you would rather not commit just yet, join the mailing list instead and come along one day to say hello.
